I. Cookies

Who is the Website Operator?
The Website Operator is Oxymoron Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Lodz (90-440),
ul. Piotrkowska 147/6 (hereinafter referred to as "We").
The website performs the functions of obtaining information about you and your behavior
in the following ways:
● by information voluntarily entered in the forms;
● by saving cookie files in end devices (so-called   "cookies");
● by collecting web site logs.
What are cookies?
Cookies are transmitted to web browsers and then stored in the device memory and read
by the server each time you connect to the Website. Cookies do not contain any information enabling third parties to know your personal data or to contact you via e.g. e-mail
or telephone. We also point out that saving cookies does not allow us or unauthorized persons to access your private device.
What types of cookies do we process?
The following types of cookies are used on the Website:

They enable the correct use of the message transmission and remembering your settings when you select this option on the Website or / and allow us to create simple statistics

The processing of personal data by us is lawful and meets the conditions referred to in art. 6 clause 1 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council - personal data are necessary and proportionate for the implementation of:
a) promotion of Oxymoron’s services and products;
b) management, including monitoring the resources of Oxymoron Sp. z o.o., i.e.
personnel, IT equipment and systems, headquarters, ICT networks, software and information.
Who is the Data Administrator?
The administrator of the data of the actions indicated above in points a) - b) is Oxymoron Sp.z o.o. with its registered office in Lodz (90-440), ul. Piotrkowska 147/6
How do we process your data?
Your personal data will be processed only for the purpose and scope of implementation of the above. activities in points a) to b), in particular:
● in accordance with the provisions on the protection of personal data and
   the Privacy Policy and internal documents regarding security of processing,
● to the extent and for the purpose necessary to fulfill the legitimate interests
   of the administrator, and the processing does not violate the rights and freedoms
   of the data subject,
● to the extent and purpose necessary to receive commercial information for
   persons who have expressed their will to receive it.
Is your data subject to profiling?
The personal data you provide is not subject to automated decision making. How long do we process your personal data?
Personal data will be processed for the period of implementation of the above actions in points a) - b), possible claims and complaints as well as the time of archiving the documentation required by law.
What are your rights regarding personal data?
Any data subject has the right to access data, rectify, delete or limit processing, the right to object or transfer data.
Any data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, located at ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
How can you withdraw your consent?

Withdrawal of consent means that we will not send commercial information in accordance with the scope of the withdrawn consent. However, we have the right to leave information when you gave your consent and when it was withdrawn for the purposes of settling any claims (estimated processing time).
We may ask you for the reason for withdrawal of consent (we will be grateful for your reply which will help us improve our communication).
Can your data be entrusted?
We may entrust the processing of personal data only to entities with which we have signed relevant entrustment agreements and only if it is necessary to operate the ICT system or send commercial information in the case of persons who have agreed to receive them.
Can your data be shared?
We may disclose personal data to bodies or entities authorized by law pursuant to applicable law only to the extent and purpose necessary to perform the activities of this body or entities. However, this cannot constitute a breach of privacy or data protection. Your data is treated confidentially.

III. Frequency of commercial information sent
